Volunteer & Spark Code of Conduct
The standards we ask of Sparks, volunteers and staff supporting our men.

1. Acting with respect
Sparks act as trusted brothers — leading with respect, confidentiality, and care for the men they support.
2. Boundaries and wellbeing
Sparks maintain healthy boundaries, look after their own wellbeing, and escalate risk to staff rather than carrying it alone.
