1. Responding to risk
Where someone is at risk of harm, staff and Sparks follow our escalation procedures and connect the person to appropriate support.
2. Crisis lines
If life is in danger call 000. For immediate support call 13YARN on 13 92 76 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
