How AI features are used responsibly and safely across Kunjur Connect.

1. Responsible use of AI
Where Kunjur Connect uses AI (for example voice-to-text or summarising notes), it is used to support — not replace — human judgement and cultural knowledge.
2. Human oversight
Staff review AI-assisted outputs before they are acted on. AI is never the sole decision-maker for matters affecting a person's wellbeing or safety.
3. Data and cultural safety
Personal, sensitive and cultural information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and ICIP Policy. We avoid sending culturally sensitive information to third-party AI services without consent.
